I can’t stop shooting you up.
I jam the needle of promise in quickly forcing your liquid words home.
I hold my breath for an instant letting your sticky verbs wash over me.
It’s been too long since my last fix and I savor as much as I can before your power takes over.
Finally, your seeking terms dirty me up properly; my head teeters and my eyes roll back.
I can feel you.
Feel you!
Reality fades as you take control of my thoughts and my poetry.
Passion burns my flesh while ice gnaws at my gut.
My blood boils as my bones dance outside my body.
I taste sweat and pain.
I see blood and guts oozing as I offer a half hearted lust filled smile.
I think I’m trembling but uncertain it’s from fear or enticement.
Perhaps an unhealthy mixture of each.
Not sure if I really care anyway.
A shaking pen writes of salty sugar and sweet horror.
Addicted to you, I can do anything.
With you inside, I can decorate the world.
my anti drug.
yum

Many have wrote of a 'love' being their addiction, however they lack what you have brought to pen here, Dedication, imagery and passion.

I can feel the tumulus emotions constantly changing in your mind as you wrote this, it's refreshing to read a piece that not only can you relate to but can envision so easily as well.

You draw readers in with the first line I can't stop shooting you up Excellent attention grabber! And carry them along in an enticing tale to the dramatic finale A shaking pen writes of salty sugar and sweet horror. Addicted to you, I can do anything. With you inside, I can decorate the world. Just perfectly beautiful.

I like your use of Sweet Horror as you realize not all horror is evil, nor is it tainted. It just is, but it's great and sweet nonetheless.

So again another great write under your belt, many more to come I'm sure.
